By downloading my kits and using my files you agree to the following terms of use, whether Personal, S4O, S4H, or CU.

COMMERCIAL USE TERMS OF USE

You MAY:
-Use this product for commercial use, S4H/S4O and personal use for your small business
-use my files to create scraps/layouts for others or for small business as long as you give your customers the FLATTENED JPEG or PNG file only.
-alter the content by changing the size, color and/or deleting part of it.
-use altered content to include in your kits as long as it isn’t more than 30% of your content.
-credit Z Pink Boudoir Designs in your TOU but it is not required (FOR CU ITEMS ONLY)

You May NOT:
-claim any of the content of this product as your own
-RESELL, REPACKAGE or REDISTRIBUTE my work as is. It has to be altered in some way and not more than 30% of your content.
-include any of my products in kits, QPs, and the like and give it away as FREEBIES.
-use my files in websites that are designed to induce sales.
-use any image/images in my kit to endorse a business, product or service, and the like.
-use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Z Pink Boudoir Designs or Zeee, be held responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, and/or inability to use any of the products sold and/or distributed by Z Pink Boudoir Designs and/or associated websites.
