By downloading my kits and using my files you agree to the following terms of use, whether Personal, S4O, S4H, or CU. Please be guided accordingly.

PERSONAL USE TERMS OF USE

You MAY:
-alter the content by changing the size, color and/or deleting part of it but please give credit to Z Pink Boudoir Designs and a link to http://www.zpinkboudoir.info where possible.
-submit and share your FLATTENED layouts to forums, blogs, groups, magazines, online galleries, sharing sites with credit to Z Pink Boudoir Designs and a link to http://www.zpinkboudoir.info where possible.
-use my files to create blog backgrounds, headers, badges, blogwear, blog templates, blog themes provided that it is FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Do not give away the blog backgrounds, headers, badges, blogwear, blog templates, blog themes for free or sell them.
-credit Z Pink Boudoir Designs when you use any of my kits in your LOs online, in print and the like.

You MAY NOT:
-Claim my files as your own.
-RESELL, REPACKAGE or REDISTRIBUTE my work in ANY FORM.
-upload my files to a file sharing network and/or group (e.g. Yahoo group) and share it with others.
-use my files in websites that are designed to induce sales.
-use any image/images in my kit to endorse a business, product or service, and the like.
-use these files for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Z Pink Boudoir Designs or Zeee, be held responsible for any damages or loss that result from the use of, and/or inability to use any of the products sold and/or distributed by Z Pink Boudoir Designs and/or associated websites.
