For Round 3, we had to Scrap by Numbers!  Here’s the challenge:

This week your team must come up with a formula to scrap by. You must use the following numbers 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1. You can only use the amount of items in your formula on your layout, no more and no less. Here are a couple of examples:

8-buttons
7-journal strips
6-doodles
5-photos
4-papers
3-frames
2-fonts
1-mask

8-word elements
7-brads

Each team can determine their own formula but all the members on the team must follow the same formula (i.e. you do not have to use our examples). You MUST include your formula in your credits and your team thread.

And sooooo, here’s what we, Merkee’s Menagerie came up with!  It was uber hard on my part because I hate putting limits to my LOs but I made it work!  Yay!  I had to count ALL of the items again and again and again.. (you get the picture) to make sure that I didn’t miss anything!

My Life and Scrap; the site with a lot of heart, has awesome challenges that run twice a month.

This month, I joined the Gourmet Scrapping Challenge and I tried my best not to go wild with the elements and stick to the Challenge.

And this is the LO that I came up with.  I call it in Flight and I kept it really simple and bright and I used everything from Scrapberry Designs!  This butterfly photo was taken at the Los Angeles Natural History Museum by me, of course…teeeheee
