Texts that Follow Paths

Tuesday, May 12th, 2009

Ever wonder how text form different shapes?  See the text on my new LO?  How did I do it?  Well, it’s simple really and this tutorial will teach you how to do it!  I am using Adobe Photoshop CS2 for this one.

Papers: Kawouette, I Want to be a Child Kit | Margote, Retro Kit | Danielle Young Designs, Spring Breeze Kit | Michelle Heron, Cherry Limeade Papers
Embellishments: Margote, Carpe Diem Kit | Digital-Crea, Cool Chick Partie Kit

There are two parts of this tutorial.  The first one is using the shapes tool and the next one, using brushes.  Both are simple to do and you can choose which one you want to use.

Don’t know how to load brushes?  Leave me a note and I’ll make a quick video for that.  Hehehehe

Enjoy!

Using the Clipping Mask Option in PS

Monday, May 4th, 2009

I did a tutorial a few months ago about using scrapbooking templates.  Unfortunately, I think it was a bit confusing and some asked me how to use clipping masks.

Anyway, a friend recommended a program that enables recording on any on-screen activity so here is my first attempt!  LOL

Please hold the comments on my voice okay?  I feel weird listening to it. Hehehehe

My  quick tutorial resulted to this quickie scrap.
